Terms and Conditions

  • The buyer confirms they were given a full opportunity to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase.
  • The buyer was advised to carry out an independent third-party inspection or arrange for their own qualified mechanic to inspect the vehicle before purchase.
  • The buyer confirms they have test-driven the vehicle for __ minutes and are satisfied with its performance.
  • Where a warranty is provided with the vehicle, any covered faults occurring after the sale must be dealt with directly through the warranty provider. The buyer confirms they have been given the opportunity to read and understand the warranty terms and conditions before purchasing the vehicle.
  • The buyer agrees to purchase the vehicle in its current condition, taking into account its age, mileage, previous use, and general wear and tear consistent with a used vehicle.
  • Ownership of the vehicle shall transfer only after full payment has been received and cleared.
  • The DVLA V5C registration document will be transferred to the buyer in accordance with DVLA procedures.
  • No refund or claim will be accepted for faults or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or failure to maintain the vehicle after the sale.
  • The buyer acknowledges that this agreement does not affect or exclude any statutory rights available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation.
  • If the dealership agrees, at its sole discretion, to accept the return of a vehicle where the buyer does not have a legal right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the return may be subject to:
  • An administration fee of £450; and a deduction of up to 10% of the purchase price to reflect administration costs, depreciation, preparation, and any reduction in the vehicle's resale value following inspection. Any such deductions will be reasonable, proportionate, and clearly explained to the buyer.
  • It's the customer responsibility to check insurance before purchasing any vehicle. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, finding high insurance costs after purchase is not a valid legal reason to reject a car or demand a refund.
  • No administration fee or deduction shall apply where the buyer is entitled to a refund under their statutory rights, unless permitted by applicable law.
  • Any vehicle returned to the dealership must be in substantially the same condition as at the time of delivery, allowing for reasonable use where permitted by law. The dealership reserves the right to assess the vehicle before agreeing to any refund or return.
